Nissan Juke R
The Nissan Juke is a creation from Nissan that was a bit leftfield and raised a few eyebrows when it was first released. It was a great functioning car but boasted some loud and very bold styling with plenty of accessories and additions that really put this car in a class of its own.
Things have now evolved even further with the Nissan Juke R! In fact they have almost evolved out of recognition into a real beast. The car was unveiled by Nissan as a one-off concept car but that hasn’t stopped rumours that the car could find itself in production at some point in the future, either in its current form or possibly a slightly watered down form that would be easier to market as its styling wouldn’t be to everybody’s taste in its current form.
The Nissan Juke R has a whopping 520 horse power generated from a twin-turbo 3.8 litre V6 that grunts and growls like a wild animal that has escaped into the forest.
The styling of the car, as to be expected, is hugely outlandish with the original shape of the Nissan Juke still recognisable but as if it has been put on a thorough course of steroids. Angled headlights pierce the night ahead while large vents eat into the bonnet. Frogs eye fog lights litter the front grill and there’s plenty of lumps and bumps all over in the form of a chunky body kit that gives it a ridiculous amount of presence.
Huge 20 inch black alloy wheels sit scarily close to its lowered chassis with low profile tyres and an element of menace.
The Nissan Juke R is an all-wheel drive car that claims to behave like a super car but still also be highly competent off the road and offer additional safety in poor driving conditions and going round corners.
Despite the Nissan Juke R being a concept car it has actually been designed to be street legal and therefore it does still offer us hope that one day Nissan may look back over their plans and actually think about putting this glorious monster into production.
