Nissan Motability Cars

Nissan has its own dedicated motability department and for over 25 years they have been offering help and advice to people when looking to purchase a new car and have it adapted. The Nissan motability deals enable disabled drivers more freedom and gives them access to a wide range of cars without having to suffer the added penalty of altering the vehicle.

Nissan has an extensive range of cars available for adaptation, each differing dependant on the particular needs of the driver. Most can have an array of devices; assists and changes made to steering wheels, pedals and gear stick configurations, while other models are particularly useful if you need greater access or increased storage capacity to hold a wheelchair or buggy.

Small city cars like the eco-friendly 5-door, Pixo and the Note, along with the longstanding Micra make great run around cars. If you are looking for a motability car with a little extra room then the Cube, a fun, funky car that resembles a cut down Limousine, affords excellent extra room.

Larger vehicles come in the form of the Crossovers Nissan Qashqai and the sportier Nissan Qashqai+2 a seven-seat car with lots of extra storage space and easy access. For those who like the challenge of driving in the countryside and need a little more room then the X-Trail 4X4 might be a good option, a large powerful spacious car, rugged but comfortably stylish at the same time, great for people who don’t see disability as a barrier to adventure.
